intake - may 28th, 2012.
breakfast - mixture of leftover honey nut morning o’s and cheerios w/ yogurt & soymilk, grapes.
morning snack - caramel nut brownie luna bar.
lunch - steamed chicken strips, raw veggies, rice, half an avocado and grapes.
afternoon snack - lilikoi and double chocolate honolulu cookies and protein shake.
dinner - “okonomiyaki” japanese pancakes w/ shrimp, squid and sliced pork, salad and half an avocado.
before bed - protein shake.
mmmm dinner was absolutely delicious.
mom said she’d make me some pb&j sandwich for tomorrow lunch so I’m quite excited for that heeheee c:

intake - may 27th, 2012.
breakfast - usual overnight oats, cherries.
morning snack - chocolate dipped coconut luna bar.
lunch - chicken doner kebab and half an avocado.
afternoon snack - coconut frozen yogurt w/ mixed berries and protein shake.
dinner - grilled swordfish, green salad, a strip of pineapple and cajun fries(!!!).
before bed - protein shake.
yes I did eat fries at dinner since my dish came with it. I’m not going to lie, I did somewhat enjoy it. I definitely prefer fries where you can actually taste the potatoes though, not the ones that are just crispy.

I kept in mind that if I lost weight, there would be a high chance that I would be sent to an institution. I know its hard at first, but keep trying and you will get there!! c:

breakfast - french toast w/ pb & chocolate pb, drizzle of maple syrup, 1/2 a banana and cherries.
morning snack - grapes, cherries and almonds.
lunch - sushi at a famous fish market, shrimp salad. (so much better than delivery!)
afternoon snack - mint chocolate clif builder’s bar and protein shake.
dinner - seared tuna on mashed potato w/ tomato and chickpea salad, half an avocado, raw veggies w/ bagna cauda and clams.
feeling kinda sick, I think I’ll skip protein shake tonight…… :s
